ANASTASIOS SIMOU

Mr Anastasios Simou was born in
Athens in 1983. He grew up in Athens while his origins are from Prosotsani of
Drama. He studied at the Law School of Athens, from which he graduated with the
mark of “7.8”. He served for his military duty initially on the island of
Rhodes but he completed his service, after serving for a sufficient period of
time, in Megisti (Kastellorizo) and especially in the southeastern border of
Greece, namely in the remote islet of Strongyli. After, he worked as a trainee
Lawyer in a well-known law firm in Kolonaki.
Since 2013, he practices law in
Athens and Piraeus while from 2014 he is one of the partners in the Law Firm
“Kyriakopoulos, Regkoutas & Simou” supported by experienced associates from
all the fields of Justice in Greece.
He has worked as legal advisor in
companies of the eminently demanding pharmaceutical field while he has rich
experience in the areas of Civil, Commercial, and Immigration law.
Specifically, he has great expertise in Inheritance Law cases, including significant
experience, among other things, in complicated inheritance cases of Greek citizens
residing abroad. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in Family Law cases
(eg Uncontested and Contested Divorces, Representation in the Youth Prosecution
Office and Social Service, Injunction Measures for Child Custody, Alimony and Contact,
etc.), having a remarkable presence in the Courts and the prosecutorial
authorities throughout Greece.
Additionally, he has a rich
experience in issues of real estate transfers (checks of titles in the
registration books, representation before a notary etc) and has participated in
numerous real estate transactions. He speaks fluently English and Spanish.
Last, Mr
Simou is an attorney characterised for his immediacy of communication and
directness to his client, having as his sole purpose the immediate and
effective resolution of the issues concerning his clients. Moreover, he constantly
and diligently monitors the current legal and economic developments in the
complex international environment.
